Explaining Brazil

Every year, the Global Innovation Index ranks countries by their capacity for innovating. In 2017, Brazil came in the 69th position – behind four Latin American countries: Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, and Uruguay. Everybody calls Brazilians “one of the most creative people in the world”.
